They do not seem like new shoes. I assume they were a pair of try-on demo shoes. The front of the shoes were bent as if they had been tried on. The insoles were new, but I assume they were replacement insoles. The laces were strung haphazardly, i.e., not the way they come from the factory. I know because I have purchased a few pairs of these over the years. I kept them because they are now hard to find. I am not pleased.

Because we operate both online and physical retail stores, some pairs may have been briefly tried on in-store. This can sometimes result in minor creasing or the laces being adjusted by a customer or staff. However, we never sell worn or used footwear, and any item that does not meet our standards for new condition would not be shipped.
