Refund policy

Walkingonacloudshoes.com offers a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days. All items must be; unworn; in their original packaging/shipped condition; and accompanied by the receipt to be eligible for return. If the item is in unsellable condition, we will be unable to process the refund. 

We do not accept returns on: Socks, Insoles, Laces, Polish or any Shoe care Items, or clearance items ending in .95. There is zero exception.

FREE IN-STORE RETURNS

The following locations currently offer Free In-Store Returns: Mapleview Centre (Burlington), Park Place (Barrie), 2541 Yonge St. Toronto (N of Eglinton), Durham Centre (Ajax), Masonville Place (London), Heartland Centre (Mississauga). 

  • Refunds/Exchanges within 30 days of purchase are free of charge in the above noted locations
  • Request to return your order through your order details page and await approval.
  • After receiving approval, proceed to one of the above locations with access to your order details page and unworn product in its original packaging.
  • Staff will NOT accept or process any used or worn product. 
  • Returns will be automatically processed back to the original method of payment. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS;

All Orders from Walkingonacloudshoes.com must go through the RMA (Return merchandise authorization) process. Request to return your order through your order details page and await approval.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. 

All products and packaging must be returned in their original condition. Items that are returned outside of their original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, or will not be processed (return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser). Please include your sales receipt with your return. Please note our return address below for return shipping. This address only accepts couriered parcels and is not open to the public for customer in person returns. In person returns can only be facilitated at the locations listed under In Store Returns:

Holiday Return Policy

To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’re pleased to offer an extended return period for all eligible purchases made during the holiday season.

HOLIDAY Return Policy - Extended Return Deadline

Purchasing a Gift? Click on the button yes for "Is this order a gift?" All gift items purchased between November 18 and December 24 may be returned until January 11.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip).

  • Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable are excluded.

How to Start a Return

Please visit our Returns page or contact our customer service team for assistance. Returns may be completed in-store or by mail according to our standard return procedures.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

All in-store purchases MUST be returned in-store. 

Additional information.

Returning half of a BOGO 50% off transaction:

When a BOGO 50% off transaction becomes a BO transaction, it becomes a single item purchase, and the refund will reflect this. Whichever pair you choose to keep will be considered full price and you will be refunded the balance of the total transaction.

EXAMPLE:

First pair $200 (full price) second pair $150 at 50% off becomes $75, total purchase price $275. Should you return the first item valued at $200, the second item becomes a single item purchase and will be considered full price. Therefore, your refund will be $125.

*In the rare event an item is shipped to you defective, an exception will be made. In this case, we encourage you to reach out to our customer care team at

and provide photo proof of the "defect" and you will be instructed on how to proceed. We reserve the right to decline the return of an allegedly defective product if it does not fall below our standards.
